At Deltaform we make every effort to ensure the choice of material is best suited to the end use of the packaging. This includes product protection, taint and odour resistance.
To minimise the amount of material used our design team strive to use the smallest footprint and lightest gauges of material for the pack. Wherever possible we use recycled materials and make the packaging recyclable.
We are committed to use every opportunity to recycle the materials we process. Production waste is either reprocessed in our in-house extrusion operation or returned to the extrusion companies who supplied the original material where it is re-processed.
The intake of transit packaging is sorted, baled and passed to accredited recyclers. These include cardboard cartons, wooden pallets, stretch wrap and strapping.
