Extrusion
We currently reprocess PVC recyclate generated within our own manufacturing process. The material goes through several size reduction processes before it is finally blended with virgin materials and extruded back into rigid film.
During 2008 we are installing a PET extrusion line that will process both in-house recyclate and post consumer waste (PCW). The PCW is being sourced from accredited processors that have the capability of cleaning the materials to current food grade standards.
